The "Mobius Stream" flows from a formless sequence of improv sessions involving Paul and JC. The duo approached the music with no preconceptions and allowed all their previous influences and any furtive new visions to meld into a recurring flow of creation. They both set sail on a voyage of discovery and allowed the winds to take them where they wished.Later, JC approached the raw tracks with the same spirit of exploration and so reinvented each piece with no map or model as guidance. The results range from the utterly alien (where the guitar has been transformed into a pure vibrational artifact from another dimension) to the strangely recognizable (where the music turns to soft collisions between dub, folk, electronica and the ever present spirit of rock).
- The stream has no start and no end, no origin and no ultimate purpose. Here is one vision of the rainbow implied in its endless rush from Nowhere to Never.
